A Week of Travels

Man, have I been all over the place. I've spent one night in my own bed since Thursday...but the last few days have been great. We were in Somers at the Popham homestead, where we watched a lot of Disney movies, ate a lot of cookies, saw Meet the Fockers, went shopping and went ice-skating (me + ice skates = amusing/horrible sight), generally good times. Last night Sean came with me to the diner to meet up with heather and thence to west hartford to pick rae and sara up from work, after which hung out at sara's house until i could finally delay him no longer and he went home. He is officially the first of my fairfield friends, other than wendy, to see all four of us in action at once. And let me tell you, my friends, if you are not prepared for a lot of cracked-out goodness and the random removal of various articles of clothing while simulating a sexual activity, then you'd best prepare yourselves.

It feels weird to be home by myself after spending so long around people. My mom was scoffing at me because I was talking to people online right after i'd been with them for like four days straight, she says we're attached at the hip, to which i replied, hey, some of us have these things, they're called FRIENDS, and she said, nah, i don't want any. Ah, Mrs. D.
