i have so much fun talking to charles online. i find myself looking forward to nighttime just because i know i'll get to talk to him. he's visiting me on friday! wheee! last night, at melissa's urging, i brought up the topic of exactly what we are. he said he wouldnt mind me being his girlfriend, and i explained my reasons for not wanting that and he was ok. he said he would rather we see each other out of wanting to than out of obligation. i also told him that this is basically just a distinction in my mind, since i'm not going to dating/fooling around with anyone else (although looking is most definitely still open, as was demonstrated by my eyeing of tfb in the bookstore yesterday), but, as wendy put it, i just plain don't want to be anyone's girlfriend right now. who knows, that could change.
